Camera BF – Terms of Use

Product: Camera BF – Auto Portraits (“Camera BF” or “the App”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Camera BF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Camera BF is an iOS camera application designed to help users take automatic self-portraits. Each session captures four photos using your device’s camera.

All photos and data are stored locally on your device and automatically saved to your device’s Camera Roll. The App has no AI processing, face detection, or cloud synchronization features.

Bolandia Creative Inc. does not have access to, store, or collect your photos or personal data in any way.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Camera BF. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Camera BF is free to use for up to three (3) photo sessions. After that, users may purchase lifetime access, a monthly subscription, or an annual subscription for continued use.

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store. Bolandia Creative Inc. does not collect or store your payment information.

Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are managed directly through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies, not Bolandia Creative Inc.

5. User Data & Privacy

  • Camera BF does not collect, transmit, or store your photos, videos, or personal information on external servers.

  • All content captured through Camera BF remains on your iPhone and is automatically saved to your Camera Roll.

  • Deleting the App will not remove photos already saved to your Camera Roll.

6. Support and Maintenance

Camera BF is provided “as is.” While we monitor for bugs and issues, we do not guarantee specific response times or fix timelines.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Camera BF only for lawful, personal purposes. You are solely responsible for:

  • The photos and content you capture or share after saving them to your Camera Roll.

  • Ensuring your device’s storage, permissions, and privacy settings are properly managed.

  • Complying with applicable laws regarding photography and content use.

8. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Camera BF on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the App’s code or assets.

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without written consent.

  • Use the App in ways that infringe on others’ privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Camera BF app, including but not limited to its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Bolandia Creative Inc.

All photos and content captured by you using the App remain your sole property.
Bolandia Creative Inc. does not claim ownership of, access to, or rights over any photos, videos, or other content you create or store on your device through the use of Camera BF.

By using Camera BF, you retain full ownership and control of all photos saved to your Camera Roll.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Camera BF is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations regarding performance, accuracy, reliability, or compatibility.

You use the App at your own risk. Bolandia Creative Inc. is not responsible for any data loss, device malfunction, or dissatisfaction resulting from your use of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolandia Creative Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App,

  • Device or data loss,

  • Subscription or purchase disputes, or

  • Any other claim related to the App’s performance or your content.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Camera BF at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Camera BF after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
